ARTY FLOW SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Arty Flow, we are dedicated to delivering our creative tools to families all over the world. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time (Preparation)

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. This period includes quality control checks and secure packaging.

2. Shipping Time (Delivery)

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partners, the estimated delivery time is 12 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance or regional logistics delays may affect the final delivery date.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Arty Flow is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
